CoVID Update: the City of Delafield will adhere to the Waukesha County Health Department guidelines for mass gatherings. This means your event should also adhere to the mass gathering limit. This limit can change frequently. Per the order of the Common Council on June 15, 2020.
The Fish Hatchery, now known as the Chentis-Krueger Community Senior Center, is available to rent by residents and non-residents. As several classes are held during the week through the Hartland Recreation Department, the facility is open only on weekends for private parties. There are approximately 12 6ft. tables, 4 round tables, 4 square tables, and 60 chairs available.
Please note this reservation only holds the day for 1 week. Postmarks are not accepted. If you do not pay the $150.00 security deposit, we will open the date up to others. The City of Delafield accepts credit cards, cash, or checks for security deposits.
The thermostats are locked at 68 in the winter and 72 in the summer - dress accordingly. Windows do open.
The rental fee does not include private use of the municipal lot to the east. This lot must remain open unless you obtain written permission from the City. The rental fee does include the Fish Hatchery lot.

Fish Hatchery Rental Rates:
0 - 3 Hours - $175
3 - 6 Hours - $350
6+ Hours - $575
Multiple day rentals MUST run concurrent previous days' event. For example, to schedule set-up PRIOR to the event, the set-up time must be scheduled to run concurrent with the reservation the next day. This means that that set-up time must include the evening hours ending no sooner than 9:00 PM and the reservation time for the event the following day must begin at 8:00 AM. To schedule clean-up AFTER an event, the clean-up time must be scheduled starting no later than 8:00 AM the following day.
