[ARCHIVED] The Municipal Code Looks Funny - Why?

On Monday June 15, 2020 - The Common Council approved an Ordinance which would update the City’s Municipal Code to include Ordinances dating back to 2017. This approval has allowed Municode to begin the process. This means the online code is going to be a little wonky for the next 30-60 days. If you are searching for something, please do so by key word.

The entire code will be renumbered in the Recodification project. That will be the new numbering moving forward. When this project started back in 2014 one of the main goals of the City was to renumber.

They said you can use the Code Comparative Table (CCT) to find the previous code sections and where they are in the new code. The current ordinances will all be added to the new numbering. Link to CCT or you can find in the back of your printed book =
