Board of Review
The Board of Review is made up of the Mayor, Clerk and other members by ordinance, which are the Common Council members.
Community Development Authority
The purpose of the CDA is to eliminate or prevent substandard, deteriorated, unsanitary, and blighted areas within the City; provide and retain gainful employment opportunities for citizens of the City; provide affordable housing in the City; encourage growth of the City’s tax base; and stimulate the flow of investment capital into the City resultant beneficial effects upon the economy in the City.
Deer Management Committee
The Deer Management Committee implements the Deer Management Policy by working with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, the Kettle Moraine Southern Forest Unit and Waukesha County to fully understand and support their efforts to control the deer population in the area they are responsible for, and which affects the health, safety and welfare of Delafield residents.

Joint Review Board (TID4)
Members of the JRB represent a taxing jurisdiction (municipal, county, school, technical college) have the responsibility to approve, deny or amend a Tax Incremental District (TID). If the JRB approves the TID, it viewed or heard convincing evidence of the vital need for TIF assistance to make this development a reality. The JRB jurisdictions are agreeing to sacrifice some amount of tax revenue for many years into the future.
Lake Country Fire & Rescue Board
The Fire Board is responsible for overseeing the operation of the joint Fire Departments of the City of Delafield, the Village of Chenequa, and the Village of Nashotah.
Lake Country Fire & Rescue Commission
The Fire Commission has jurisdiction with regard to the hiring, firing, disciplining, and promoting personnel in the Fire Departments of the City of Delafield, the Village of Chenequa, and the Village of Nashotah.
Lake Welfare Committee
The Lake Welfare Committee studies all problems and issues relating to Nagawicka Lake and the Bark River within the city limits.
The Library Board establishes reasonable regulations respecting the use of the City of Delafield Public Library.
Park & Recreation Commission
The Park and Recreation Commission reviews and recommends to the City Council policies necessary for the governance of the city parks / recreation facilities and programs.
The Plan Commission shall consist of the mayor, who shall be its presiding officer, 1 alderperson, and 6 citizen members.
The Police Commission has jurisdiction with regard to the hiring, firing, disciplining, and promoting personnel in the Police Department.
Promotion & Tourism Commission
The Promotion & Tourism Commission promotes visits to the Delafield area by educating families, groups, business travelers and organizations.
Public Works Committee
The Public Works Committee has the duty, under the direction of the City Council, to oversee the construction and maintenance of streets, alleys, sidewalks, gutters, storm sewers, and other public works projects.
Zoning Board of Appeals
The Zoning Board of Appeals hears all appeals for any person that is aggrieved by a decision of the zoning administrator and passes judgment on that appeal.
